I knew going in that I was looking for a companion who wouldtravel with me on adventures, safeguard my family, be a couch cuddler, and alovable soul. I am forever grateful that I clicked on their website and startedreading about who they are, how they match their breeders, and theirexpectations for those they provide their pups.

I filled out a questionnaire as an interested buyer, and the thought and detail that was presented impressed me with the screening process. I received a call within a 48 hours and the interview was professional, friendly, and informative. Angel asked what was my ideal companion, was I looking for a companion or to show. A high drive for agility or a laid back temperament. He discussed how they match to breed and the legacy of their dogs. I honestly went in thinking what I wanted was a big male, and realizing what I needed was my Zoe, a smart agile female who fit in perfectly with the family which included two other active dogs and kids. Angel, Liz, and I were in communication via emailand text through the purchase process, and I loved being updated on thelitter’s growth. It was heartwarming to see the videos and pictures shared and I felt like I was there with them. If I had a question, it was responded towithin 24 hours, sometimes within the hour!

We received everything as promised and there were no surprises with cost as wetalked about it. The price paid for Zoe was more than worth receiving abeautiful, healthy, exceptionally well tempered show quality companion. I will start my review by saying there is no better breederthan DKV and if you are looking elsewhere, don’t bother – you’ve found the bestof the best.

From my first interactions with Angel and Liz I knew they wouldn’t just be my breeders, they would be my family. I reached out shortly after losing my almost 13 year old Rottweiler, King Bob to explore a potential new puppy a few months down the road. After my first call with Angel months down the road was no longer an option and I would be flying down to pick up Queenie Bea a few weeks later. Thanks to their knowledge and support and truthfully undeniable love for the breed and all their dogs I’ve never once questioned my decision to get a puppy sooner rather than later.

When I drove up to the park on January 21st and laid eyes off Queenie Iinstantly started crying. My heart felt whole again. I think one of the best things about Angel and Liz is when they say you have life long support, they mean it. I love sending my monthly pupdates and sharing all our sweet memories with them. They’re also so knowledgeable and my go to for every question. I’ve lost count of the amount of people who have commented on her flawless looks and amazing temperament. I am always so proud when I get to say, my breeders are amazing and I’m lucky to have found them.

Our experience with DKV Rottweilers started 2 1/2 years ago. We had just returned from a vacation out west where my husband saw a family with a rottweiler puppy. It brought back memories of a rottweiler he owned when he was younger and so our rottweiler journey began.

After 27 years of marriage and becoming empty nesters, and never having a dog in our home, we embarked on a journey to find a rottweiler puppy. This led to months of searching for the right breeder.

We came across DKV and felt that they really were special compared to other breeders we reached out to. We completed their questionnaire. Angel contacted my husband and they had multiple lengthy conversations. Angel and Liz were always very responsive and answered all of our questions.

After much thought and consideration, we applied for a male and were put on the waitlist. Our expectation was that we would be waiting months, maybe even a year before getting a puppy. We were pleasantly surprised when we were contacted that a litter was available. Angel sent the photos of the male options along with very detailed descriptions of their temperaments. All of these multi ribboned puppies were absolutely precious!

After making our selection, we were kept informed of his progress, vet visits, growth etc. Angel was always very communicative and willing to answer any questions we had. We were so fortunate to meet Angel and Liz as they personally delivered our new little puppy to our home in Florida. Our puppy was absolutely perfect. They spent several hours with us at our home. We felt so confident that we had made the right choice.

Our boy has grown into a handsome, strong, smart, and loving rottweiler. He is absolutely the love of our lives. Wherever we take him people comment on how handsome and well behaved he is. The vet’s office has said that he is one of the most gentle and sweet rottweilers they have ever had in their office. He is an extremely intelligent dog and loves to be by our side at home.

Angel continues to be a source of support for us when we have had questions about nutrition, training, behavior etc. He always responds immediately and offers great advice. We know there are many DKV families out there and although our boy is now 2 1/2 years old, we still feel that DKV will be there when if and when we ever need.

We would highly recommend DKV if you are considering a rottweiler for a pet.

Getting a Rottweiler was a long-term plan for me. I didn’t just want a dog, I knew I wanted a Rottweiler. One reason for this is that I relate well with their personality, as other Rottweiler lovers will understand. Also, for this reason, personality is important. I chose DKV, because I was impressed with their dogs from what I saw online. After I submitted my inquiry, Angel called me, and we had a good conversation that made me feel comfortable in choosing DKV. Liz always responded to my many questions quickly and kindly.

Long story short, I decided to drive from NH with my brother to pick up a puppy, and he’s been with me for a couple months now. After wanting and planning for a Rottweiler for more than a year, I might have developed high expectations and hopes. My Rottweiler has exceeded those expectations.

Aesthetically, he has a beautiful coat and big paws and bone structure. His temperament and personality are impressive. From the time we arrived home, almost everyone that interacts with him has commented on his excellent temperament. He is very social with people, dogs and kids. He is curious–a good balance between cautious and confident, not timid and not imposing.

He is very intelligent; for example, learning the names of new items after asingle introduction, quickly learning commands with little difficulty, and hehas a large vocabulary for any dog, let alone a puppy of his age. He has a highdrive, which makes it easy to direct his puppy energy to structured tasks.Although he absolutely loves playing with dogs, I have no difficulty securinghis attention, focus and obedience on me during exciting situations. Every timeI take him out, we receive numerous compliments and admirers for variousreasons. This will tell you that I am not speaking out of bias towards my pup!

I am looking forward to his future, and if I were to look for anotherRottweiler I would go to DKV first.

Earlier this year we had to put our beautiful, sweet baby girl down at the ageof 5 due to a paralyzing cancer. We were heartbroken to lose our rotti. I had wanted a rottweiler ever since I was a little kid. When I got my rottweiler, Azula, I was 24 years old, and it was a long time coming. I had been searching online for at least a couple years, considering I knew I was ready after having just moved into a new home. DKV Rottweilers Website immediately struck a cord with me. Their website was super attractive, their Rottweilers were gorgeous, and you immediately got the sense that the owners (Angel and Liz) are very passionate about the breed.

After filling out a questionnaire/application, they were very prompt in getting back to me. The whole process was very smooth, and Angel made a great impression. My wife and I both work the night shift, and Angel made it apriority to talk with us on the phone at times that were convenient for us, such as when he was cooking dinner. He and his wife Liz (who consistently updated me with emails) care deeply about the families their Rottweilers are going to.

Angel told me from the beginning that DKV is family for life, and now I truly believe it. Even a year after getting Azula, Angel has reached out to us asking about how Azula is. He and Liz gave us training tips several times when we ran into issues, and they never made it feel like it was an inconvenience to them.

My wife and I both agreed that when we first saw Azula, she was the most beautiful dog we had ever seen. We are stopped constantly in public by people complimenting how beautiful she is, along with her excellent temperament. DKV Rottweilers are very much professionals when it comes to breeding and raising Rottweilers. She has never had an issue with any dog she meets, and it is an understatement to say that she loves everyone she meets. We were able to give Azula great training due to the wonderful foundation DKV gave us.

We were so excited to get a puppy from DKV. They made everything so easy. From making the payment to getting our puppy. Our Willis is the best looking Rottweiler ever. We get so many compliments. When it came time to get my puppy, I was so excited! I decided to travel to Georgia myself to meet them and my puppy for the first time! Angel and Liz are just as amazing in person (if not more). The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. Fast forward my 9 month, almost 100 pound “puppy” is everything I could have asked for in a Rottweiler. His temperament and demeanor is amazing. He loves people and other animals. He’s exactly what I was looking for and will definitely be getting another DKV Rottweiler in the future. It is an honor to be apart of the amazing DKV family!
